How did you find us?

Choose vendor space. Payment is remitted separately. Space is not guaranteed until payment is received. 

Vendor fees reserve the selected space for the scheduled event only.

All vendor fees are nonrefundable and nontransferable. Vendor spaces may not be transferred, shared, resold, or credited toward another event.

SETUP AND TEARDOWN

Vendors are responsible for arriving with enough time to unload, organize, and fully prepare their vendor area.

All vendor setup must be completely finished no later than 15 minutes before the scheduled start of the event.

Vendors should not continue unloading, moving vehicles, assembling displays, or setting up equipment once the event is within 15 minutes of beginning unless specifically authorized by an event organizer.

Vendors are expected to remain set up for the duration of the event unless an emergency requires early departure.

Teardown must begin immediately following the conclusion of the event.

Vendors are responsible for promptly removing all merchandise, displays, equipment, tables, chairs, canopies, trash, boxes, and other belongings from their assigned area.

The vendor space must be left clean and in the same or better condition than it was found.

WHAT VENDORS MUST PROVIDE

Kingdom Built Car Club and Way of Life Church do not provide tables, chairs, canopies, tents, extension cords, electricity, lighting, or other vendor equipment.

Vendors are responsible for bringing everything needed for their booth or display.

If a canopy or tent is used, the vendor is responsible for making sure it is properly secured and weighted. Vendors are responsible for the safety of all equipment, displays, merchandise, and materials within their space.

Electricity is not guaranteed or provided.

Kingdom Built Car Club and Way of Life Church do not provide insurance coverage for vendors.

Each vendor is responsible for determining whether liability insurance, product liability insurance, business insurance, or any other type of coverage is appropriate or required for their business.

By selecting NO, I understand that neither Kingdom Built Car Club nor Way of Life Church provides insurance coverage for me, my business, my employees, my helpers, my merchandise, my equipment, or my activities at the event.

I understand that I participate as a vendor at my own risk.

LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK

The vendor understands that participation in the event involves ordinary risks associated with public events, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, theft, weather conditions, accidents, interactions with event attendees, and damage to vendor equipment or merchandise.

The vendor voluntarily assumes responsibility for their participation in the event.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the vendor agrees that Kingdom Built Car Club, Way of Life Church, their officers, members, volunteers, pastors, staff, representatives, agents, and event organizers are not responsible or liable for loss, theft, damage, injury, accident, illness, or other claims arising from the vendor's participation in the event.

The vendor is responsible for the actions of the vendor's employees, assistants, volunteers, family members, contractors, or anyone working within the vendor's assigned space.

HOLD HARMLESS

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the vendor agrees to release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Kingdom Built Car Club and Way of Life Church, along with their officers, members, pastors, staff, volunteers, representatives, and agents, from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses resulting from or connected to:

The vendor's business activities;

Products or services sold or distributed by the vendor;

Injuries occurring within or because of the vendor's booth or display;

Vendor equipment, displays, tables, tents, canopies, merchandise, or vehicles;

The actions of the vendor or anyone assisting the vendor; or

The vendor's failure to comply with applicable laws, regulations, permits, or licensing requirements.

VENDOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Vendors agree to maintain a clean, safe, family-friendly vendor space throughout the event.

Vendors are responsible for obtaining any licenses, permits, certifications, sales tax permits, health permits, or other approvals required for their specific business or products.

Food vendors are responsible for complying with all applicable food-handling and health requirements.

The sale or display of illegal, dangerous, obscene, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate merchandise is prohibited.

Kingdom Built Car Club reserves the right to require the removal of products, displays, signs, or activities that event organizers determine are inappropriate for the event, church property, or family-friendly nature of the gathering.

Vendors must remain within their assigned space unless otherwise approved by event organizers.

VEHICLES AND PARKING

Vendor vehicles must be parked only in areas designated by event organizers.

A vendor who purchases a parking-space vendor area may use the assigned area for the approved vendor setup. Additional vehicles must be moved to designated vendor or general parking areas after unloading unless otherwise authorized.

For safety and event flow, vendor vehicles should be unloaded and moved before the required setup completion time.

WEATHER, CANCELLATION, AND EVENT CHANGES

Vendor fees are nonrefundable and nontransferable, including in the event of a vendor cancellation, no-show, scheduling conflict, inability to attend, or failure to complete setup on time.

Kingdom Built Car Club reserves the right to cancel, postpone, relocate, shorten, or otherwise modify the event when reasonably necessary because of weather, safety concerns, emergencies, church needs, or circumstances beyond the organization's control.

If the event is canceled entirely by Kingdom Built Car Club, any decision regarding credits, rescheduling, or other accommodations will be made solely at the discretion of Kingdom Built Car Club unless otherwise stated in writing before registration.

NO GUARANTEE OF SALES

Kingdom Built Car Club and Way of Life Church do not guarantee attendance, customer traffic, sales, revenue, exposure, or financial results for any vendor.

Vendor fees are for use of the selected vendor space during the event and are not dependent upon the amount of business generated.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND AGREEMENT

By signing below, I confirm that I have read and understand this Vendor Agreement.

I understand that:

Vendor fees are nonrefundable and nontransferable.

My setup must be completely finished at least 15 minutes before the event begins.

I am expected to remain set up throughout the event.

Teardown must begin immediately following the event.

I am responsible for my own vendor setup and equipment.

Tables, chairs, canopies, tents, electricity, and other equipment are not provided.

I am responsible for my own insurance coverage.

Kingdom Built Car Club does not provide insurance for vendors.

Way of Life Church does not provide insurance for vendors.

I am responsible for my merchandise, equipment, employees, helpers, and business activities.

I voluntarily accept the risks associated with participating in this event.

I agree to follow the instructions and rules established by Kingdom Built Car Club and Way of Life Church while on church property.

ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE DISCLOSURE

By signing this agreement electronically, I agree that my electronic signature is the legal equivalent of my handwritten signature. I understand that I am voluntarily entering into this Vendor Agreement and that my electronic signature indicates that I have read, understand, and agree to all terms and conditions contained in this agreement.

I consent to the use of electronic records and electronic signatures for this agreement and understand that no paper copy is required for this agreement to be valid or enforceable.
